The Company Car Means Business!

The Company Car is car sharing for business!  In conjunction with the extensive Co-operative Auto Network (CAN) fleet – it is a great money and time-saving alternative to taxis, a car service, employee car reimbursement, or a company fleet.

If your company needs hourly or daily car access, The Company Car has the answer.  The Company Car provides your company with simple access to a diverse fleet of cars bookable via the Internet and ready for you to do business.  Our booking system makes reserving and using a CAN car easy!  Our rates include gas, local access-point parking plus permit parking in every permit zone in the City of Vancouver.  We cover the maintenance, insurance, fuels and BCAA membership.  Once a month we’ll send you an itemized bill for usage.

It’s that simple!  There’s no more relying on employees to use their own cars, no more worries over liabilities when they drive your cars, and no more chasing staff around looking for the keys to a company car.  It’s one bill for your accounting to pay – with accurate recording of how far and how long each employee drove for your own billing purposes.  Plus no more office aggravation over who gets what parking spot.

The Company Car uses the Co-operative Auto Network cars – a fleet of 239 vehicles and counting of varying types.  These are located in 7 cities in BC's Lower Mainland as well as on the Islands.  The cities and towns are:  Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Tsawwassen, North Vancouver, West Vancouver and UBC, and on Vancouver Island in Nanaimo.

We also have a cross use agreement with the Victoria Car Share Co-op and the Nelson Carshare Co-op which means access to their cars!
