Clients of The Company Car are also eligible for TransLink's Employer Pass Program, which provides a 15% discount off monthly FareCards (minimum 1 year commitment as an annual pass is issued). Now there's no need for your company/organization to administer this program – let us do that for you. his is great for organizations with fewer than 25 employees as TransLink currently requires a minimum of 25 participating staff members. If interested, please download the form below, print it out, and bring it to the sign-in. On this form, above "Name of Employer" please write "Co-operative Auto Network". The $15 Translink sign up fee, a $20 registration fee per enrollee (paid only if the enrollee is not already paying this fee for driving privileges) and monthly charges for the cost of the transit pass will appear on your Company Car invoice. Please note that it's your organization's responsibility to retrieve the pass of an employee who is no longer with your organization and request that we cancel that pass. Visit TransLink for more details on deadlines for transit pass changes.

Block bookings are available Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm and allow you to block off certain time periods each weekday, giving your company booking priority. With block bookings, the car's schedule will be reserved for your drivers until the start of that day (midnight). On that day, other Car Co-op members or TCC drivers will be able to book the car during times when it's not reserved for your staff. Block booking is available for a $3 surcharge per day.
