We're happy to have you car sharing with us through The Company Car (powered by The Car Co-op).

CAR SHARING FOR WORK USE

Registration process:

  1. Complete the Online Orientation by creating your own username and password.

  2. Please arrange an appointment with us (604.685.1393 or and bring your driver's licence, or licence and photo ID (e.g. passport) if your licence does not include your photo.  Please also bring two pieces of ID to identify you as an employee of the Province.  (Valid types of identification are listed in section 3.4.1 of the Province of B.C. CRA CS-000528.)  We will need to verify your licence, confirm your work location, and go over your form with you.  Group sessions for five or more drivers at one time can be set up at your office.  Please contact Tanya Paz or Mona Benjamintz for more information at 604.685.1393 or .

  3. Once you've registered, within a couple of days you'll receive an e-mail about how to book our vehicles online.  Booking online is typically easier and quicker than booking by phone at 604.685.1393.

Are you already registered with The Car Co-op or The Company Car?  Excellent!  Simply fill out a Driver Agreement and put your current account # with us on the form (anywhere).  We'll recognize you and be sure to set up a new account for Province business for you.
